I believe that every person has inherent value, is the expert of their own life, and is on a meaningful journey toward healing and wholeness.
Since this is only experienced in a genuine, trusting, and honest therapeutic relationship, my goal is to come alongside people and help them on their journey however they may need me.
In order to do so, I draw from a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Mindfulness to help people identify their core beliefs, the ways in which those beliefs affect behaviour, and discover new and healthier ways of responding to their world.
